- Step:1
Click on Start button and click on run button or hit “windows button + R”.
On Performing Any the above Action,A Small Windows appear on your Screen,as show in below image
Step:2
In this small window type “regedit” (without quotes) and click on OK button or hit Enter button.

On performing any one of the action, a new window will appear on your screen, as shown in below image.
Step:4
In this new window click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER tab and intern perform the following actions.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Software >> Microsoft >> Windows >> ShellNoRoam >> MUICache
On performing this action, you will obtain a window which is similar to as shown in below image.
Step:4---
On the right category of this window search for “Recycle Bin” under “Data” category.

Right click on the tab, on performing this action; a new drop down menu appears on your screen. In this drop down menu click on Modify tab.
Step:6
In this new window Enter preferred name in Value data text field and click on Ok button and close the Registry Editor window and Refresh your desktop you can observe recycle bin has be renamed.
OR
Click on Start-------Run-----Type----Regedit-------a new window will appear on your screen----Press----F3(search)---- Again a new window will appear on your screen------Type Recycle-bin----enter----->

Press F5 For Refresh ur screeen
