Open hosts with notepad
NOW YOU WILL SEE THIS-

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS:
ADD this server 68.180.210.34
ip right under example and host will be vc.yahoo.com
EXAMPLE
127.0.0.1 localhost
68.180.210.34 vc.yahoo.com
Save and close and voice works in Yahoo again.
